We reserve the right to cease acting in a matter in circumstances permitted by the professional conduct rules of the Malaysian Bar, including where continuing would be contrary to our professional obligations.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or our services.

We encourage clients who have a concern about our services to raise it with us directly in the first instance. Many matters can be resolved informally and promptly. Where a formal complaint is appropriate, we will provide details of our complaints process on request.
